Also present were: Jake Slack, Hwy. Supt, Glenn Simpson, Code Enforcement, Charles Yesalusky, Dog Control Officer, Dean Kie

The meeting was opened at 6:10 p.m.

The board reviewed the budget with discussions on surplus used and other revenues.

Glen Aubrey Fire Company budget went up 5% and Nanticoke Fire Company went up 6%.

Motion by Loveless, Seconded by Whittaker, Carried

We do hereby accept the budget presented as the preliminary budget for the year 2007 and will hold a public hearing on said budget proposal on November 9, 2006 at 7 p.m.

Vote: Whittaker, Loveless, Forkey, Ellis all ayes 1 absent

The Town Tax Rate will be: 2.22

Glen Aubrey Fire Co. 1.94

Nanticoke Fire Co. 2.62

Motion by Whittaker, Seconded by Forkey, Carried
