Members Present: Supervisor Ellis, Councilmen: Loveless, Whittaker, Forkey, Benjamin

The board met to discuss the need to have a public hearing on the purchase of a new fire truck for the Glen Aubrey Fire Company. This has to be done according to the IRS Ruling.

Motion by Whittaker, Seconded by Benjamin, Carried

We do hereby authorize the Town Clerk to advertise to hold a public hearing on the purchase of a new fire truck for the Glen Aubrey Fire Company on June 1, 2006 at 7 p.m. Vote: Whittaker, Loveless, Forkey, Benjamin, Ellis, all ayes.

Motion by Forkey, Seconded by Benjamin, Carried
