Supervisor Ellis opened the meeting at 7 p.m. and led
the pledge to the flag.

presented.

Ellis told he has a list from the road trip with Ralph
Forkey of which copies were given to the town board, the town clerk, the
highway superintendent. The listing
of complaints was turned over to the highway committee for review.
OLD BUSINESS: On the heating Supervisor has not looked
into it any further but will do so and report back.
The web page has not been done and will have to
contact Advanced Computer for a date to meet.
A question was brought up on the purchase of building
permits from the new owner moving trailers into the parks. He was sent a letter and was contacted
by phone which he stated he would be getting the permits.
NEW BUSINESS:
Supervisor will be getting budget sheets out next week or so.
Time Warner has the franchise agreement coming
due. Ellis asked for the agreement
and the attachments. He will ask if
they can give the service to the Fire Companies for internet access.
The Town Clerk brought up the fact that when selling
DEC permits and if the fax machine has to be used it is unable to send or
receive a fax. She wondered if
something could be done such as another phone line.
She will contact the DEC office to see if a high speed
phone service could be used?
